2009. Do it. Make it Happen.

Let's make the choice to "do it" this year. Believe in yourself and make it happen.

I like quotes, so here are some to hopefully pump you up:

"Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do."
- Leonardo Da Vinci

"Don't wait. The time will never be just right."
- Napoleon Bonaparte

"Do not be daunted by the enormity of the world's grief. Do justly, now. Love mercy, now. Walk humbly, now. You are not obligated to complete the work, but neither are you free to abandon it."
- The Talmud

Howard,

My son actually showed me this blog post. I just wanted to say thanks. With three boys running around it's tough to "make the change to do it." I've wanted to start volunteering more for quite sometime and I made the phone call to an organization today after reading/watching this post. Those quotes are great as well! I look forward to seeing your 2009 develop.

Thank you so much for your encouragement. Community is really what helps keep me going and not be discouraged or quit when I start projects.

Howard,

This should have been Obama's slogan. Change is too non-specific. Change can be good, change can be bad. Do it, though, tells us to believe in ourselves and start doing what feels right. Good stuff.

Hey Howard!

Unfortunately, tech-saavy though I claim to be, I am not tech-saavy enough to own an iPhone. Well, that's actually 'cause I'm broke! :)

Regardless, I wanted to say thank you for tip! Your New Years blog is awesome, btw! :D Keep it up...

Cheers!,
N.
